Purpose of Meeting

This presentation is made possible by a grant from Illinois Humanities. Audience will view and discuss 10 photos from E. Winfred "Doc" Helm's professional collection at the Illinois State Archives. The black and white photos date from the 1940s to the 1960s and depict people and events across Illinois. Mr. Helm was state photographer working for the Illinois Secretary of State for over three decades. Hearing and visual assistance devices will be available.
