If you have a Library card, you can check out a hotspot for free and use it to connect your tablet, laptop or other Wi-Fi enabled device.
WiFi Hotspot FAQs
A WiFi hotspot is a device you can use to connect a mobile-enabled device, such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet, to the internet.
The hotspot is portable, so you can connect your device almost wherever you are. Just turn it on and you're ready to connect up to 10 devices to one hotspot.
If you have a library card and are at least 16 years old, you can check out a free WiFi hotspot.
Hotspots are available at the 1st floor Borrower Services desk. You can also place a hold for a hotspot through the online catalog.
Hotspots can be checked out for 14 days. They cannot be renewed.
Hotspots must be returned to the Borrower Service desk and NOT in the dropbox.
The service will be turned off if the hotspot is not returned on the due date.
If the hotspot is lost, the replacement fee is $100.
