Event Details

Agents from the Circuit Clerk’s office will process passport applications from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat., Nov. 18 at the Springfield Public Library, 326 S. 7th St., Springfield. Usual passport fees will apply.  

APPLICANTS SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH THEM TO THE PASSPORT EVENT:

  • Certified copy of your birth certificate (no photocopies or hospital certificate)
  • Valid photo ID
  • Approved passport photo (Or you can have your photo taken)
  • Certified copies of court orders for a name change, custody, or adoption decrees
  • Two checks or money orders to pay applicable fees. (a chart of applicable fees can be found here)
