Are you running out of space for all your plant babies? Bring your extra plant clippings and seeds you’d like to share with others and take home some new plants for yourself! Houseplants of all kinds are welcome along with vegetable and flower seedlings.
Be prepared to share with others the knowledge of how to grow and care for the plants. If you're not sure or want to learn, no problem! We can swap tips and have resources available to learn!
Those without plants are also welcome.
New to plant propagation? Choose an established plant that has developed roots. Cut diagonally just below the lowest node (the knobby bump where the leaves attach to the stem). The best cuttings will have a few leaves and at least a few inches in length. Place the cutting in a jar of water making sure to not place any leaves in the water, only the stem. Roots will eventually sprout and you can pot your plant!
