Don't know your grainline from your bias? Unsure where to cut into a new pattern? If you've ever been bamboozled trying to understand a sewing pattern, this class is for you! We'll go over the basics of how to read a pattern and teach you some of the common terms used in sewing, so you'll be able to use patterns like a pro and put your new knowledge to the test in creating a simple sewing project!

Spots are limited and registration is required. Registration for this program will open on May 27th. Please register each participant separately to ensure that the class is not overbooked.

All participants must sign a waiver for ongoing access to The Collaboratory. This class is a prerequisite for future independent projects using the sewing machines.
